Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address, used to sign you in and identify your account and credit balance.
• Photos and notes you submit for an item scan. These are sent directly to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a price estimate and are not saved in our database — we don't keep a copy of your photos after the analysis is returned to you.
• Credit and purchase history — a record of credits granted, spent, refunded, or purchased, so your balance and account activity stay accurate.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run Sella Fella:

• Anthropic — processes the photos and notes you submit to generate a price estimate, per their own privacy terms.
• Stripe — processes credit pack payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Resend — delivers sign-in emails.
• Supabase — hosts our database (accounts, credit balances, transaction history).

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else for advertising or marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, email, and credit/transaction history for as long as your account is active. Submitted photos are not retained by us at all — they pass through to Anthropic for analysis and are not stored in our systems afterward.

Your choices

To delete your account and associated data, contact us at namespro_admin@debrief-web.com. We'll remove your account record and transaction history; anything already sent to a third-party processor (like a completed Stripe payment) stays subject to that provider's own retention rules.
